Cincinnati Bell Counts On Equinox For Business Assurance Solution

Company Extends And Upgrades Telelink License

(NASHVILLE, TN) December 7, 2016 — Leading telecom solutions supplier Equinox Information Systems announced today that Cincinnati Bell Inc. (NYSE: CBB) has extended its licensing and upgraded to the latest version of the TeleLink platform. Cincinnati Bell initially deployed the TeleLink solution in 2004. Since that time, Cincinnati Bell has relied on TeleLink to mediate its usage records from multiple data sources, compiling them into a single, complete record that is delivered to billing and other operational support systems downstream. TeleLink also extracts, enriches, and stores this usage data, allowing Cincinnati Bell to analyze and report upon its network activity.
