Excell Agent Services Licenses Telelink From Equinox Information Systems

Nashville, TN - July 20, 2004 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Excell Agent Services, L.L.C., an outsource call center based in Tempe, Arizona, has licensed and installed TeleLink. An ideal solution for providers looking to automate the flow and ensure the integrity of call data, TeleLink allows Excell to convert call detail record (CDR) data from a SQL database format into an EMI format.

"Our criteria was to partner with a proven company that had extensive experience helping telephone companies to more efficiently process CDR data," said Jerry Brown, Director of Technology Planning for Excell Agent Services. "As a relatively inexpensive software system, licensing TeleLink eliminated the need for our internal staff to develop and maintain a customized program."

By reducing the complexity of multi-vendor networks, TeleLink allows companies to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational costs, saving both time and money. With TeleLink, even non-technical users can easily establish business rules for filtering and converting the CDR data, and the graphical interface and automated audit reports simplify the verification process.

"To serve their customers, Excell needed a tool to reliably convert their CDR data," noted David West, Executive Vice President of Equinox. "Drawing on our experience with other telecom companies, and our knowledge of EMI formats, we were able to quickly and easily deliver the solution they needed."
