Nashville, TN - September 6, 2002 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Go2Tel Inc. has purchased a mediation system including Collector Deluxe and ExtractCDR. Collector Deluxe provides real-time delivery of call detail records (CDRs) from telephone switches to a carrier's local area network (LAN). ExtractCDR filters and converts raw switch data and billing records into usable formats.
"Based on our initial evaluation, we expect these software applications to play an important role in improving efficiency and reducing operational costs," explained Camilo Medina, President at Go2Tel. "Equinox's willingness to customize the software so that our CDRs are automatically processed and migrated to our SQL database was a big factor in the decision."
