October Is Go Time For 18th Annual Fraud Management Symposium

EQUINOX HOSTS 2016 PROTECTOR USER GROUP MEETING IN NASHVILLE

(NASHVILLE, TN) September 12, 2016— Leading telecom solutions supplier Equinox Information Systems today announced they once again will host their annual Protector User Group Meeting in Nashville, TN. This year, the conference is set for October 10 - 12 at the Music City Center. Designed especially for Equinox’s fraud management customers, the event boasts a full lineup of carrier-led case studies; group discussions on topics like robocalling, SIP monitoring; strategy sessions for handling the latest fraud schemes; specialized training; and design time for crowdsourcing future product features. Of course, the User Group Meeting also allows CFCA members to earn educational credits to qualify for CFCA’s Certified Communications Security Professional (CCSP) designation.

This meeting is the cornerstone of Equinox’s mission to help telecom carriers protect and optimize their revenue via effective fraud management. The event not only delves into the hot fraud topics of the day, but its every detail is constructed to benefit those involved in the daily fight against fraud.

Equinox founder and CEO Byron Middendorf had this to say, “We have the best customers in the world and love the relationships that develop over many years of working together. The primary reason we host an event where our customers are the guests of honor is to show how much we value their friendship and support. We always look forward to the Protector User Group Meeting; however, this year is especially meaningful as Equinox celebrates its 30th anniversary. We know this milestone would not be possible without our customers!”

Equinox began hosting this educational event in 1999. Event attendance has historically increased since then, with the majority of participants returning in subsequent years based on the event’s educational and networking benefits. This year’s meeting is on pace to break attendance records once again. Get complete event details, including registration link, at: http://www.equinoxis.com/pugm2016.php.
