Nashville, TN - October 3, 2006 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that Xchange Telecom, Corp., a New York facilities-based CLEC and broadband provider, has licensed a suite of Equinox software applications: TeleLink, Manager, and TeleScope.
Xchange Telecom selected the TeleLink mediation system to automate its call detail record (CDR) transmission process by filtering and converting call data for use by operational support systems (OSS). Manager monitors network performance and activity in detail by analyzing traditional switch as well as VoIP usage data, and TeleScope analyzes traffic from both a network and financial perspective.
