I find that seasons mark time's passage in a meaningful way. Here in autumn at Equinox, as summer concludes and football season begins, we're also preparing for one of the most important events on our calendar: the Protector Users Group Meeting.

Equinox has organized this gathering for nearly two decades. The event gives our customers the opportunity to learn about improvements made to Protector, our toll fraud prevention solution — and just as importantly, to hear from peers at other organizations facing similar challenges in the daily battle against toll fraud.

Beyond the professional development, the gathering includes time to relax and connect. This year's event features Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in Nashville, where participants can enjoy great food and take each other on at ping pong, darts, and shuffleboard.

If you're interested in strengthening your organization's toll fraud defenses and connecting with a community of carriers who share that mission, I'd encourage you to join us. This year's meeting runs Monday, November 13 through Wednesday, November 15.
