It's been a while, but we're bringing back the TeleLink Users Group Meeting (TUGM)! It's all systems go for this event on April 24-25. Equinox took a bit of a hiatus from this annual seminar while we were developing the latest version of our revenue assurance and usage analytics platform—TeleLink 7. The last TeleLink Users Group Meeting was April 19-20, 2012. A great deal has changed in the industry in the past six years. A great deal has also changed at Equinox.
As more and more customers deploy TeleLink 7, it became apparent that we needed to resume this great event. This need was further substantiated by customer request and by survey results gathered from the entire TeleLink community. In direct response to those requests, we launched a series of TeleLink webinars. Over the past 2+ years, those TeleLink webinars have been highly attended. As a result, customers are discovering new and exciting ways to utilize TeleLink. Customer feedback captured after each webinar directly shaped subsequent webinar topics, and ultimately spurred Equinox to revamp and relaunch the TeleLink User Group Meeting.
The last TeleLink Users Group Meeting in 2012 was held in the Equinox offices. The event in a few weeks will be held downtown at the Music City Center—the same location for the Protector Users Group Meeting. As usual, there will be great content along with training focused on the variety of functions TeleLink can perform, including immersive sessions on data mediation, usage analytics, and routing assurance.
Although this conference is educational, it isn't just serious time around the table discussing data analytics. There is ample opportunity for networking, and we do have a bit of fun as well. This year, I'm excited that we'll be heading to Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint. Not only is it a great Nashville hot spot for some of the best BBQ in town, but we'll also enjoy playing ping pong, darts, and shuffle board.
