I appreciate many aspects of working at Equinox — but one of my favorites is having Robert Hunter as an office neighbor. He's professional, contributes wit when appropriate, and focuses on his coding work with admirable dedication.

Robert joined Equinox in 2008 following a brief stint at Dell in software support. His initial assignment involved coding for TeleLink version 5, after which he transitioned to the Protector fraud management system. Throughout most of his Equinox career, Robert has concentrated on Protector development while collaborating extensively with FMS testing specialist Renee Workman. More recently, he's contributed to TeleLink 7 and Collector projects to support the company's expansion.

Beyond customer-facing development, Robert spent over a decade maintaining an internal issue tracking system. He reportedly celebrated enthusiastically when Equinox finally adopted new tracking software — relieving him of that long-running responsibility.

Robert currently lives in Antioch with his wife Anna. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from MTSU but spent much of his childhood relocating due to his father's military service, living in New York, Germany, and Alaska before settling in Tennessee.

Outside work, Robert enjoys television, video games, and reading. He and Anna took cooking classes together and appreciate exploring new restaurants and cuisines.

Robert values his position at Equinox significantly, viewing it as career employment. He particularly appreciates the casual dress code, meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and strong leadership from management. We're glad he's our neighbor.
