Equinox has hosted many TeleLink User Group Meetings over the years, but the 2020 TUGM was truly unlike any other.

Planning had been underway for months. The 2019 TUGM had presented its own unexpected challenges — the NFL selected Nashville to host the NFL Draft during the same week, creating venue competition, street closures, and restaurant availability issues that required creative logistics management. Despite the chaos, the team remained committed to bringing TeleLink users together.

Then COVID-19 arrived, and the 2020 event required a complete pivot. The team transitioned to remote operations and redesigned the event for an online format — testing platforms, reworking the agenda, and communicating changes to attendees.

The response exceeded all expectations. Registration reached record numbers, with customers actively participating, submitting wish list items, and providing overwhelmingly positive feedback. While the organization regretted missing an in-person gathering, the depth of customer engagement demonstrated that the TeleLink user community is as strong as ever.
