Telecom systems work the same way. Just as your car's dashboard alerts you to maintenance needs, Equinox systems provide alerts and messages designed to help you maintain optimal performance. Responding promptly to a critical warning — like an overheating engine — can prevent costly damage. The same is true for system alerts in Protector and TeleLink.
In recent surveys, users of both systems most frequently requested training on "understanding and implementing system alerts and messages." That feedback tells us that while the alert systems are doing their job, there's an opportunity to help users get even more value from them.
To address this, Equinox hosted an educational webinar on June 2 at 12:00 PM Central Time. The one-hour session was designed to help the entire user community interpret and respond appropriately to system alerts, covering key indicators and their meanings.
