We are pleased to introduce Chris Lowe, who has been promoted to manager of the Equinox Support department following the retirement announcement of Joe Herron.

Chris began his career at Equinox in 2011 while completing his MBA, working as a software quality assurance tester for the TeleLink platform. In that role, he improved testing, release, and installation processes — accelerating customer updates and ensuring consistent version tracking. He describes his work as varied and enjoyable, particularly appreciating early access to new features.

"This isn't my dream job; it's even better! I like what I do each day, and thanks to Equinox's emphasis on family first, this job allows me to live my best life."

Two years ago, Joe Herron brought Chris on as his assistant to learn support operations for hundreds of worldwide customers. Chris emphasizes that the Support team will maintain service continuity, and he plans to leverage his testing background to identify process improvements — particularly in customer communications.

A Nashville native, Chris resides in Goodlettsville with his wife Jessica and their three children. A former college baseball player, he competes in a summer league that has won three consecutive championships and coaches his son's team.

Notably, Chris is the son of Wayne Lowe, who co-founded Equinox alongside Byron Middendorf. Chris has worked at Equinox since grade school — starting out, as he puts it, with janitorial duties.

Customers can reach the Support team at (615) 612-1225 or support@equinoxis.com, Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM Central.
