Career Progression and Role Evolution
Simeon C'deBaca has been with Equinox since 2021, beginning as a TeleLink quality assurance tester. In that capacity, he evaluated software enhancements before customer deployment. He transitioned to Project Manager for Protector and TeleLink implementations in late 2022, working with customers throughout their deployment lifecycle.
This career progression enhanced his understanding of both testing and implementation processes. C'deBaca now has expanded responsibilities in planning and presenting at user group meetings. He reflects:

PUGM 2024 Event Details
The 26th annual Protector User Group Meeting will occur September 11-12 in Nashville. The agenda includes customer case studies, presentations featuring development and support teams, expert training by Christi Vanoye, and networking at Pinewood Social.
