Manager 3.3 delivers enhanced capabilities including a new Traffic by CIC report displaying call counts, completion rates, and MOU metrics by trunk and routing code; an Access Verification report enabling call costing analysis; and improved file processing that reduces processing time and disk space requirements while allowing selective report extraction.
