NASHVILLE, TN — June 21, 2005 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that Golden State Cellular, a rural wireless provider in California, has licensed software applications for mediation and usage reporting. The software will work with a Nortel Networks' DMS MTX cellular switch.
