NASHVILLE, TN — April 5, 2006 — Equinox Information Systems announced that GTA (TeleGuam Holdings) licensed its Collector and TeleLink mediation platform for use with a Nortel DMS 250 switch. These tools enable the downloading and integration of usage data from telecommunications switches to billing and operational support systems.

Frank Lujan, GTA Managing Director of IT, stated: "After a positive experience mediating call data from a cellular switch with Equinox software, it was only natural for GTA to turn to Equinox again." He highlighted enthusiasm for TeleLink's capability to "automatically convert our raw switch data to a billing-friendly EMI data format."

David West, Executive Vice President at Equinox, expressed optimism about the partnership's future: "We hope that we can continue to provide GTA with additional software solutions that increase GTA's bottom line."
