TCAST Communications licensed the new tool to analyze payphone usage data through a private data warehouse, supporting both switch-based resellers and prepaid calling card companies.

TeleComp identifies discrepancies between SBR and PPCC data, determines payphone service provider ownership and appropriate call rates, and generates reports for usage audits, billing compliance, and fraud detection.
