NASHVILLE, TN — January 4, 2012 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that Wide Open West (WOW!) continues to rely on TeleLink as an integral part of their business assurance strategy. TeleLink is a mediation and revenue assurance software system that integrates with most communication networks. WOW!, a competitive high-speed Internet, cable television, and telephone service provider, selected and installed TeleLink earlier in 2011. Based on the success of that deployment, WOW! tapped TeleLink for additional operational measurement (OM) and web-facing reporting capabilities.

TeleLink is a single system that controls the flow, format, and final destination of usage records. TeleLink also provides powerful reporting capabilities by enriching and converting usage records. After the initial TeleLink installation, WOW! increased the volume of records they processed in TeleLink, invested in the OM Reporting module, and expanded access to reports via TeleLink's web portal.
