Nashville, TN — August 3, 2020 — Equinox Information Systems announced that Comporium has licensed the TeleLink mediation and revenue assurance platform. The system processes records from multiple network sources for delivery to billing and carrier access billing systems, verifies records, alerts anomalies, and creates a searchable data warehouse for analysis, bill validation, and revenue optimization.

The companies first partnered in early 2016 when Comporium implemented Equinox's Protector fraud management system. Earlier in 2020, Comporium added the web portal module, and subsequently engaged Equinox for record mediation automation.
