Equinox Information Systems announced their annual TeleLink User Group Meeting scheduled for the following month. The company transitioned the event to an online format due to pandemic-related travel concerns, with educational sessions planned for April 6–7. An introductory webinar called "TeleLink 101" was scheduled for March 23 to prepare new attendees.
David West, Executive Vice President, would oversee the conference as emcee. The event's agenda featured practical solutions including best practice recommendations, instructions for fully leveraging TeleLink's newest features, case study presentations from industry experts, and immersive training led by report and implementation expert Christi Vanoye. The program also included time for customers to suggest future product features.
TeleLink addresses business assurance by making usage data actionable through robust mediation capabilities and powerful search and report functionality. The solution standardizes disparate records and enables revenue, expense, and network management benefits.
Chris Lowe, Director of Equinox Support, stated: "Equinox is pleased to offer an extensive array of training and support services especially for the TeleLink community."
