The company processes over 2 billion records daily for telecommunications providers and has supported telecom companies since 1986 in combating fraud, mediating usage data, managing expenses, and optimizing revenue. Grid4 originally selected Equinox as their fraud management system supplier in 2014. This latest project involved upgrading Grid4's license to include the Case Manager Portal application and implementing active call tear down capabilities.
