Equinox Information Systems hosted their annual Protector Users Group Meeting in Nashville, attracting 14 attendees from 10 companies. The event commenced on November 6th with an optional training session led by Implementation and Training Coordinator Christi Vanoye.
The main conference began November 7th with presentations covering recent product updates. New documentation included a Watch List Bulletin, and updated manuals for Enterprise Manager, Case Manager, and other systems. Featured enhancements encompassed fresh reporting capabilities, expanded case masking functionality, and automated GSMA fraud range imports.
Executive Vice President David West demonstrated the forthcoming Protector Mobile Case Manager, enabling fraud violation management across Windows, Apple, and Android devices. Five companies shared case studies examining fraud detection methodologies and emerging threat patterns.
The agenda included a "Wish List" session where attendees proposed future product improvements. Social activities featured dinner at a local restaurant and Nashville entertainment experiences.
On November 8th, participants reconvened to discuss Views configuration within Protector. Corporate Communications author Amy Oldham detailed Equinox's customer engagement channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Planned 2014 initiatives encompassed training video development and a LinkedIn-based user forum.
The organization expressed enthusiasm for future conferences and encouraged attendance at the 2014 event, with dates to be announced in spring.
