Equinox Information Systems has released a new training video library for Protector users. These videos provide Protector users yet another avenue of gathering helpful information and best practices for getting the biggest return on their FMS investment.
The company previewed this concept at the Protector User Group Meeting in November. In response to user feedback about corporate web restrictions, Equinox decided to host the videos directly on their website rather than through YouTube. The initial collection includes three videos covering legitimate case handling, fraud case procedures, and hot list management.
To access the library, users must register on the Equinox website using their company email address. Equinox will approve each request for a user account, as access to this exclusive content is restricted to customers currently under maintenance, with typical approval occurring within one business day.
Equinox views these materials as supplementary to in-person training provided by staff member Christi Vanoye. The organization invites suggestions for additional content, requesting submissions to info@equinoxis.com as they work to expand available resources for their customer base.
