The Equinox team recently returned from the CCA Annual Convention and CTIA Super Mobility events in Las Vegas. These conferences provided valuable opportunities to meet with existing customers, network with industry colleagues, and showcase our business assurance solutions to companies exploring revenue optimization strategies.

The CCA Annual Convention commenced on September 7, bringing together carriers, technology experts, network builders, consultants, media, analysts, and mobile industry influencers. This year's combined format provided dual access to both CCA and CTIA Super Mobility show floors and keynote sessions — offering a comprehensive view of the wireless marketplace from multiple perspectives.

Here are our top highlights from the week:

1. Networking

Connecting with like-minded professionals provides invaluable learning opportunities and opens doors for future collaboration. There is no substitute for face-to-face conversation.

2. Getting Feedback

Engaging with customers — including C Spire, Inland Cellular, iWireless, Nex-Tech Wireless, Carolina West Wireless, and Union Wireless — yielded direct insights for improving our business assurance, usage analytics, and mediation solutions. Customer feedback is the foundation of our product roadmap.

3. Fulfilling Our Mission

Equinox's focus is on helping carriers protect and optimize their revenue. Hearing firsthand from customers about the positive impact our solutions are having reinforces why the work matters.

4. Participating

Active CCA membership enables us to monitor industry business and regulatory issues while strengthening the relationships that make our work possible.

5. Coming Home

Balancing travel with family priorities is something Equinox has always taken seriously. It reflects the founding values of the company and is one of the reasons our team members stay for decades.

The insights and connections from Las Vegas don't stay in Vegas — they come home with us and shape how we serve our customers every day.
