At Equinox, we deeply value our relationships with customers — and few things demonstrate that more than our annual Protector User Group Meeting. The 17th annual event is on the horizon, and we've been busy planning a gathering that honors what has worked in the past while incorporating meaningful improvements based on attendee feedback.
Innovation and stability are often viewed as being at odds with one another, but we don't see it that way. The best version of any event — or any software product, for that matter — combines both. You maintain excellence where it exists and change where change is warranted. This year's PUGM is a good example of that philosophy in action.
Here are the notable changes and additions for 2015:
- Event dates shifted to Monday–Wednesday (November 16–18) for greater scheduling flexibility
- Relocation to Music City Center in downtown Nashville, with nearby hotel options for attendees
- Streamlined online registration process
- New dinner venue at Pinewood Social on Tuesday evening
- Enhanced preconference workshop on Monday, allowing attendees to submit training questions in advance
We invite you to join us November 16–18 in Nashville. Whether you're a veteran of our user group meetings or attending for the first time, we promise a valuable and enjoyable experience. Come for the content, stay for the connections — and maybe try the bowling at Pinewood Social while you're at it.
