The session, titled "Effective Hot List Sharing," demonstrated fraud-fighting tools and best practices and received strong positive feedback from attendees.
The Hot List feature is one of Protector's most powerful capabilities. It enables carriers to share known fraudulent numbers across the Protector community, giving everyone in the network the benefit of crowdsourced threat intelligence. Christi encourages every customer to take full advantage of Hot List sharing — and the recorded session is available through the customer login portal for those who couldn't attend live.
