Every year, the Protector Users Group Meeting (PUGM) brings together telecom fraud professionals for what has become one of the most valuable gatherings in the industry. This year marks the 21st time Equinox has hosted the event — and the drumbeat is building.

To help new attendees get the most out of the conference, Equinox is offering a preparatory "Protector 101" webinar on August 26th. As an introductory session, it covers a high-level overview of Protector's capabilities and guides participants through basic concepts and interface features. If you've ever wanted to get more from the system but weren't sure where to start, this is the place.

The main event runs September 30th through October 2nd at Nashville's Music City Center. The agenda includes expert training on fraud reduction, best practice presentations, and sessions from Protector's development team. On Tuesday evening, attendees gather at Nashville Underground for a rooftop reception — and the week wraps with a traditional barbecue lunch at Martin's.

Registration is open now. Whether you're a longtime Protector user or attending your first PUGM, you'll leave with sharper tools and stronger connections in the fight against telecom fraud.
