Equinox Information Systems celebrated the 21st annual Protector User Group Meeting (PUGM) in Nashville on September 30, 2019. The event brought together telecommunications representatives from various sectors, including nine first-time attendees and two newly-joined companies.

The conference featured a redesigned agenda integrating training, customer examples, and new system features. Guest speaker Heather Davis addressed carriers on resilience regardless of company size, while VP David Bastin discussed the Protector platform's evolution. Sessions included fraud management panels, support best practices, dashboard training, and a customer wish list component.

The gathering emphasized networking, including a Tuesday evening rooftop dinner at Nashville Underground. Organizers planned every PUGM detail to help customers protect and optimize their revenue, and announced new support services based on event feedback.

Details for the 22nd annual meeting will be announced in January. Attendees were also invited to the TeleLink User Group Meeting scheduled for April 21–22, 2020.
