NASHVILLE, TN — April 18, 2003 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that the State of Washington's Department of Information Services (DIS) has purchased multiple licenses of Equinox's Manager software application. The solution documents telecommunications network performance by analyzing call detail records (CDRs) and is deployed across Nortel DMS 250 switches to optimize long distance traffic.
Manager generates over 30 custom reports supporting network provisioning, reseller account management, routing and billing verification, and strategic planning functions.
