NASHVILLE, TN — October 3, 2003 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that ETEX Telephone Cooperative, a customer-owned cooperative with over 16,000 access lines, licensed a suite of Equinox software applications including Collector, Manager, and ShowCDR for real-time network management and call detail record reporting.
Ed White, Central Office Supervisor of ETEX Telephone Cooperative, stated: "We anticipate that these Equinox software applications will help us manage our Nortel DMS 500 telephone switch in an efficient and cost-effective fashion."
The three applications serve distinct functions: Collector provides real-time CDR delivery, Manager analyzes CDRs for network performance documentation, and ShowCDR enables CDR searching and reporting.
