NASHVILLE, TN — October 17, 2003 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that TelAlaska, a full-service telecommunications provider serving 25 rural communities in Alaska, has licensed ShowCDR to interface with its Lucent 5ESS switch. ShowCDR enables TelAlaska to access call detail records for research, investigation, and analysis.

Jim Mathe, Telecom Network Director of TelAlaska, stated: "The application is user-friendly and allows our staff to easily run reports and investigate suspect network traffic." He added that the software represents an affordable solution providing rapid returns and eliminates time-consuming manual analysis of raw CDR data.

ShowCDR capabilities include real-time record searching from desktop workstations, sophisticated query creation, on-demand custom reporting, and elimination of slow switch-based search functions.

David West, Equinox Executive Vice President, commented: "ShowCDR will be an asset to TelAlaska as they continue to grow throughout Alaska."
