NASHVILLE, TN — May 25, 2004 — Equinox Information Systems announced that Cellular 2000 has licensed Collector Deluxe, a mediation system designed to streamline call detail record transmission. The solution employs real-time delivery through Automatic File Transfer via an Ethernet Interface Unit and integrates with Cellular 2000's Nortel GSP switch.

The software handles multiple switch types and communication protocols, including X.25, TCP/IP, and file transfer protocol (FTP).

Joe Woolcott, Database Administrator for Cellular 2000, stated: "Collector Deluxe is a robust and reliable software application. The system has automated a previously time-consuming process."

David West, Executive Vice President for Equinox, remarked: "Cellular 2000 required a mediation system to automate the transmission of its wireless call records. I am confident that Collector Deluxe will meet the needs of Cellular 2000 as they continue to grow."
