NASHVILLE, TN — June 2, 2008 — Equinox Information Systems announced that Inland Cellular, a rural cellular communications provider in Southeastern Washington and North Central Idaho, has licensed three software applications: Collector, Manager, and TeleLink.
The software suite delivers telecom mediation and usage record administration capabilities. According to Mike Bly, Operations Manager for Inland Cellular: "Compatible with our CDMA network, these three software apps give Inland Cellular the ability to automate several facets of our operations, which will help keep costs and prices low for our customers."
Collector delivers communication usage records in real-time. Manager analyzes usage data to monitor network performance and activity details. TeleLink converts and filters usage data records into appropriate formats for downstream operational support systems.
David West, Executive Vice President for Equinox, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, stating confidence that these tools "will play a key role in the operations of Inland Cellular for many years to come."
