NASHVILLE, TN — July 8, 2008 — Equinox Information Systems announced that TeleBermuda International Limited, a Bermuda-based telecommunications provider, has licensed three software applications: TeleLink, Manager, and CDRTrans. These tools work together to provide mediation and usage record administration capabilities.
Terence Burgess, Network Manager for TeleBermuda, explained the selection process: "Our objective was to identify an advanced telecom software provider with the ability to deliver a total solution to our expansion requirements in a cost-effective manner." He noted that after evaluating competitors, they chose Equinox because the technology integrates seamlessly with their Sonus NGN platform.
The three applications serve distinct functions:
TeleLink filters and converts usage data records for billing and operational support systems. Manager monitors network performance through detailed usage data analysis. CDRTrans transfers usage records from the switch.
