NASHVILLE, TN — December 1, 2008 — Equinox Information Systems announced that Cavalier Business Communications, a full-service local telephone company (CLEC), has licensed and installed TeleLink, a mediation software system compatible with switches including Lucent 5ESS and Nortel DMS.
TeleLink automates the conversion and filtering of usage records for operational support systems like billing and fraud detection. Cavalier deployed the software to consolidate usage data from multiple sources into billing feeds, CABs feeds, and a CDR Warehouse.
