NASHVILLE, TN — May 7, 2012 — Equinox Information Systems announced that First Communications licensed the TeleLink revenue assurance solution with its Network Reporting module.
TeleLink processes usage records from multiple input files and data sources, standardizing them for OSS and downstream systems. First Communications deployed TeleLink to mediate usage data for delivery to its billing system vendor and to generate network analysis reports.
The TeleLink platform offers pre-configured traffic analysis reports with advanced reporting and data integration capabilities. The system standardizes disparate usage data for searching, storing, and retrieval.
