Transbeam, a New York-based competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) and wholesale voice provider, selected TeleLink to improve its ability to analyze routing decisions and validate that traffic is moving across the most cost-effective paths.
TeleLink's least-cost routing capabilities allow carriers to compare actual call routing against rate tables and contracted carrier agreements, identifying opportunities to reduce interconnection costs and flagging instances where traffic is not following planned routing. For Transbeam, the platform will support both internal routing optimization and customer-facing reporting that demonstrates routing quality and cost management.
