Union Wireless, a Wyoming-based independent wireless carrier, selected TeleLink to centralize mediation operations and improve data accuracy flowing to billing and downstream systems.
Union Wireless operates switching infrastructure from multiple vendors, requiring a mediation platform capable of collecting and normalizing records from disparate sources. TeleLink ingests raw usage data from each switch, applies configurable processing rules, and outputs standardized records for billing, reporting, and revenue assurance functions. The platform's multi-switch support allows Union Wireless to manage all mediation through a single, unified system.
Chris Sutton, representing Union Wireless, described their requirements: "We needed a mediation solution that could handle multiple switch types without requiring separate systems for each one."
