The updated platform includes three key components:
Route Guide leverages carrier rates to identify the most economical call routing options across domestic and international networks, with capability for automatic or manual scheduling.
LCR Optimization compares actual versus optimal routing over specified periods, revealing cost variances and opportunities for improved primary route utilization.
LCR What-if Scenario allows analysis of cost implications when adding new carriers or adjusting rates from existing carriers using historical usage data.
TeleLink serves as Equinox's primary mediation and revenue assurance platform, processing usage data for reporting, analysis, and downstream BSS/OSS delivery. The system provides revenue management, expense management, and network management capabilities.
