NASHVILLE, TN — October 6, 2014 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that Broadview Networks, a cloud-based communications and IT services provider, has licensed Equinox's TeleLink solution for usage analytics and reporting capabilities. The platform enables quality of service statistics and FCC rural call completion reporting.
The two companies have maintained a business relationship since 2006, when Broadview initially adopted Equinox's Protector fraud management system. This existing partnership informed Broadview's decision to expand their engagement for enhanced usage analytics efficiency.
John Carr, Senior Vice President of Network Services at Broadview Networks, stated: "Usage data is the necessary foundation on which many key business decisions are made. TeleLink not only lets us access the needed data, but it also automatically collects and consolidates this information in one system, giving us expanded reporting and analytics abilities."
TeleLink automatically collects, consolidates, and reports usage data through a web portal, offering configurable search and reporting tools for historical and real-time data access. The implementation includes the FCC Rural Completion Reporting module.
David West, Executive Vice President at Equinox, noted: "We value the long-standing relationship we have with customers like Broadview Networks. Our personal involvement with customers ensures that we fully support their ongoing efforts to protect and optimize revenue."
