NASHVILLE, TN — December 3, 2014 — Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems announced that Consolidated Communications (NASDAQ: CNSL) expanded their TeleLink usage analytics solution license to include the Rural Call Completion Reporting module for FCC Rural Call Completion Order compliance (Docket No. 13-39). The platform provides visibility into CCI's usage data for analytics and report generation, including quality of service statistics and rural call completion reports.

Equinox and Consolidated Communications have maintained a long business relationship dating to 1988, when CCI began using Equinox's fraud management system (Protector) with CDR collection and query tools. In 2010, CCI licensed TeleLink to uncover hidden revenue through usage data analysis, network activity validation, and CABS invoicing verification.

Michael Shultz, Vice President of Regulatory and Public Policy at Consolidated Communications, stated: "TeleLink processes all of CCI's long distance traffic. Having access to this information is crucial in making many business decisions but also gives us an advantage when it comes to compliance reporting."

TeleLink features automated collection, aggregation, and summarization with centralized access, real-time and historical search capabilities, and configurable filtering parameters for ad hoc reporting output.

David West, Executive Vice President at Equinox, noted: "Our relationship with Consolidated Communications demonstrates our customer commitment and partnership-approach."
