NASHVILLE, TN — September 12, 2016 — Equinox Information Systems announced today that the 18th annual Protector Users Group Meeting (PUGM) will be held October 10–12, 2016 in Nashville, Tennessee. The event brings together Protector customers from across the United States and around the world to share experiences, discuss best practices, and engage directly with the Equinox development team.
The Protector Users Group Meeting is a cornerstone of the Equinox customer community. Attendees participate in product presentations covering recent and upcoming Protector enhancements, attend hands-on training sessions, and contribute directly to the product roadmap by submitting and voting on feature requests. The open dialogue between customers and developers is a defining characteristic of the annual event.
The 2016 meeting will include sessions on Protector's fraud detection capabilities, the Case Manager Portal, PRISM database integration, and emerging fraud trends in the telecommunications industry. Customers are encouraged to register early, as attendance is limited.
