Equinox Information Systems announced that Allstream has licensed both Protector and TeleLink following a multi-vendor evaluation.
Equinox is deploying Protector, an automated fraud management system built to combat international toll fraud, with automatic blocking enabled for enhanced network security. TeleLink will mediate usage records from multiple network sources to Allstream's billing infrastructure, maintaining a comprehensive data warehouse for billing verification, revenue optimization, and compliance documentation.
