Equinox Information Systems announced details for the 21st annual Protector User Group Meeting, held September 30–October 2, 2019, at Nashville's Music City Center. The event gathered fraud analysts, prevention experts, NOC staff, engineers, and billing specialists from across the telecom sector.

CEO Byron Middendorf opened the conference. The agenda featured carrier case studies, expert fraud reduction training, best practice presentations, and sessions by Protector's development team. CFCA members could earn credits toward the Certified Communications Security Professional designation. A "Protector 101" webinar was offered on August 26 for first-time attendees.
