The partnership began in 2015 when Telesystem deployed Equinox's Collector and TeleLink solutions for compiling, filtering, and converting records from multiple network sources. Beyond mediation, Telesystem uses TeleLink for data warehousing and generating analytical and network activity reports.
In 2017, Telesystem selected Equinox's Protector application as their fraud management solution, recognizing its reputation for helping carriers prevent hundreds of millions in annual fraud losses. Following deployment, Telesystem added automatic blocking functionality for enhanced network protection. The latest expansion extends those capabilities further.
