Nashville, TN — December 9, 2020 — Equinox Information Systems announced the promotion of Chris Lowe to Director of Equinox Support, following Joe Herron's retirement after 24 years with the company. Herron designated Lowe as his successor in 2018 and spent two years mentoring him on support operations for the company's global customer base.

Lowe joined Equinox in 2011 as a software quality assurance tester for the TeleLink platform. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Management and an MBA, both from Trevecca Nazarene University. During his tenure, he implemented process improvements that accelerated customer updates and improved version tracking.

"I want customers to know they are in good hands! Equinox Support has a great team who will continue to take exceptional care of them." — Chris Lowe, Director of Equinox Support

CEO Byron Middendorf also weighed in on the transition, noting Lowe's contributions to departmental organization and his long-standing ties to the company.

"Chris has literally been part of the Equinox family his whole life." — Byron Middendorf, CEO, Equinox Information Systems

Lowe plans to leverage his quality assurance background to enhance customer communications and streamline support processes. He resides in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, with his wife Jessica and their three children.
