The 16th annual Protector User Group Meeting is approaching, and as always, I find myself looking forward to it more than almost any other event on the calendar. Here is what I value most about this gathering:
- Reconnecting with longtime customers — some of whom have been with Equinox for nearly three decades
- Meeting newly onboarded clients and welcoming them into the community
- Reviewing the year's product enhancements, many of which came directly from customer feedback
- Learning through case study presentations about how customers are applying fraud prevention strategies
- Collaboratively planning next year's product roadmap based on what attendees tell us they need
- Building personal relationships with customers beyond the business context
- Watching the Equinox team — Lesa Grubbs, Christi Vanoye, Amy Oldham, Matt Lowe — excel in their respective roles
Two notable changes this year. The Wednesday training workshop, initially optional, has grown to attract nearly every attendee. People come wanting to brush up on their Protector knowledge, learn the latest application tips, and get hands-on assistance with their specific questions. Given the demand, the Wednesday workshop will become a permanent fixture going forward.
The second change is the venue. Due to record attendance, we are relocating from Equinox's offices to the gorgeous new Music City Center in the heart of downtown Nashville. It is a fitting setting for what has become the largest gathering of Protector users we have ever hosted.
If you are a current Protector customer, we hope to see you there. To learn more, contact us at sales@equinoxis.com or call (615) 612-1200.
