Ernest Howell joined Equinox on February 16, 1998, and holds the distinction of having served longer than any other support specialist on our team. With an Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems from Nashville State and five years of prior technical support experience, he was exceptionally well-suited for his role as a Protector support specialist, assisting customers with installation, deployment, and maintenance.

Beyond his work at Equinox, Ernest is athletically accomplished. He excels at basketball, tennis, and bowling — and notably achieved the highest individual bowling score in a company tournament where he bowled a turkey. He is also a jazz enthusiast and a proud father of two college-age children.

Ernest exemplifies the Equinox Support department's mission of exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service and genuine respect. We look forward to celebrating his 19th anniversary with us in February.
