The TeleLink User Group Meeting is back — and this year's event promises to be the best yet.
Equinox is hosting TUGM 2019 on April 23–24 at Nashville's Music City Center. The event is complimentary for attendees: admission, training, meals, and networking are all covered. All you need to arrange is travel and lodging.
New this year: a preparatory introductory webinar on March 25 for those newer to TeleLink or looking for a refresher on the basics. It's a great way to show up ready to get the most out of the sessions.
The agenda features system experts presenting on new features, the subpoena module, and updated dashboards. Sessions are designed to help attendees maximize their revenue and business assurance efforts — and discover ways to get more from their network data. The event concludes with a networking dinner at Kitchen Notes restaurant.
