It's that time of year again...temperatures are dropping, days are shortening, and leaves are changing colors. One thing that's not changing is our annual Protector Users Group Meeting. Every year, Equinox hosts customers from far and near for this event, which takes place at the Equinox office. This year's dates are set; mark your calendars for November 6-8! If you've not yet registered, there is still time.
Due to popular demand, this year's User Group Meeting (UGM) once again includes an optional afternoon session on Wednesday (11/6/13). This time is set aside as an extended Protector training session led by Christi Vanoye. This optional session is a great opportunity to brush up on Protector knowledge, learn the latest application tips, and get assistance with your specific Protector questions!
Key items on the UGM itinerary for Thursday (11/7) and Friday (11/8) include:
Each year, we are thrilled to host many of our users for a time of collaborative discussion regarding telecom fraud. “The biggest difference between our Users Group Meeting and other vendors is that instead of it being just a one-way presentation about a product, we strive to create a collegial conversation between and among users, support, sales, development, and our owners,” says David West, Equinox's Executive Vice President. Conference attendees have an opportunity to discuss Protector's features with those who, create, support, and sell, as well as others who are using the application in the real world. This event is like none other—providing in-depth information with direct access to product support staff, while having a bit of fun.
If you'd like to join us, there is still time. Please contact Lesa Grubbs (lgrubbs@equinoxis.com) for more information regarding registration. The conference is free of charge for all Equinox customers who are currently under maintenance! We look forward to seeing you soon.
