Protector Training Videos Now Available

Today, we are pleased to announce the publication of Protector Training Videos! These videos provide Protector users yet another avenue of gathering helpful information and best practices for getting the biggest return on their FMS investment. If you read our blog a few weeks ago, you know that crowdsourcing is a way of life at Equinox. We’ve been creating telecom solutions using this very principal for decades. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need to protect and optimize revenue. We do so by listening to you—it is your wisdom and insight that guide us in offering new product features and services like this video library.

We previewed the concept of Protector Training Videos at this year’s Protector User Group Meeting in November. Based on feedback from attendees, we are making the video library available directly from the Equinox website. Many users explained that they do not have access to YouTube due to corporate web blocks. Therefore, Equinox reconfigured its website to host the videos directly to avoid potential corporate connection or site blocking issues. The current video library contains three videos (Handling a Legitimate Case, Handling a Fraud Case, The Hot List).

To access the video library, you must create a user account. To do so, visit www.equinoxis.com, click the Login button in the top right corner, choose Register, and complete the credentials creation screen. Create the account using your company email address and a password you can remember, as you’ll use it to access the library as new content is added. We will approve each request for a user account, as access to this exclusive content is restricted to customers currently under maintenance. We typically respond to account requests within one business day. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email for accessing the video library. You will then have access to the videos as well as other content that is made available on this site.

It is our desire that these videos—available at any time, day or night—supplement the onsite and remote training that Christi Vanoye provides for Equinox.
